Romania's justice minister Florin Iordache has resigned because of continuing anti-governmental protests in Romania. He announced about his resignation at a press conference on Thursday. “I've submitted my resignation. I say that all that I've done was legal,” he said, reports Reuters.

In Romania the protests against legitimizing corruption launched on 22 January. Last Sunday, more than 500 thousand people took part in the protests of many cities of Romania. One of the initiators, the Ministry of Justice, had to decline the scandalous bill because of the ongoing wave of protests.
