Becoming a citizen of the United States is extremely difficult. Among these people are the British Foreign Minister, Boris Johnson, who was born in New York. Overall, the number of people who renounced their citizenship last year made 5411, which is 28% higher than in 2015. 

Experts believe that this trend will grow in the coming years. The United States is one of the few countries that requires their citizens to pay taxes, even if they live abroad.
