YEREVAN. - Charges have been brought against corporal in connection with the death of serviceman Gurgen Sargsyan.

Sargsyan was wounded in his head in Karabakh on January 16. Despite the efforts of the doctors, it was not possible to save the life of the youth. He died in the Central Clinical Military Hospital of Armenia at about 2:10 pm Wednesday.

The investigation has established the circumstances of the incident. On the basis of the evidence received, Sargsyan's fellow-serviceman, who is a corporal, has been charged under Article 373(2) of the Code. Arrest has been selected as a precautionary measure against him.
