The court has imposed 22,000 ruble penalty on notorious Gelentwagen streetracer Mara Bagdasaryan for failing to pay the fine in due time, Moscow news agency reports, citing Spokesman for Moscow’s Savelovsky District Court, Konstantin Timoshenko.

“The magistrate of No 353 judicial district considered four administrative materials drawn up against M. Bagdasaryan with regard to the administrative offence stipulated by Article 1 (20.25) of the Code of Administrate Offences. As a result of the consideration of the administrative case and taking into account the aggravating and mitigating circumstances, a penalty in the amount of 22,000 rubles was imposed on her,” he said.

The spokesman also added that Bagdasaryan didn’t appear in court on the hearing day, having motioned to consider the materials in abstentia.

During 10 days of court sessions, a penalty in the amount of 177,000 rubles was imposed on the streetracer.
