It is necessary to implement a transparent and impartial investigation of Kim Jong-nam’s murder.  This was stated by UN Special Rapporteur Tomás Ojea Quintana at the UN Human Rights Council’s session.

The UN expert urged all the countries to cooperate on the investigation of the murder. Quintana expressed a concern over the political development after the tragic events.

Kim Jong-nam was killed at the Malaysian airport on February 14.
