Iraqi government forces destroyed the IS commander in Mosul, reports Reuters.
The commander, Abdel-Rahman Al-Ansari, was killed in the old city of Mosul by the Iraqi policemen during the military action in the district of Bab al-Toub. Many commanders of the IS have fled Mosul. The murder of Ansari is a severe blow for the fighters.
