An Azerbaijani citizen has been charged with the use of violence against a police officer in Pyatigorsk.
The investigation found that, on November 13, 2010, a drunk man used coarse language against a policeman in a public place.
When the policeman demanded to keep the peace, the hooligan hit him in the face and damaged his uniform, local mass media reported.
The accused was taken into custody. An investigation is underway.
