London will have to pay 50 billion pounds for exiting the EU, said the European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in an interview with BBC. 

He noted, that the financers will soon calculate the exact amount. According to Juncker the British government will not be able to refuse the payment of funds. "The British government and parliament took on certain commitments as EU members and they must be honoured. This isn't a punishment or sanctions against the UK," said Junker.

He also announced, that the fate of 4.5 million EU citizens living in the UK may not be the subject of bargaining. " We are not talking about negotiations. We are talking about human dignity."
