The resignation of Assad is no longer a priority for the US in the issue of Syria, said the US permanent representative Nikki Hale, reports Reuters.
“Our priority is to really understand what to do and who to work with to change the lives of the Syrian people, " Nikki Hale told reporters. "We can not focus on Assad, as the previous administration did," Hale said.
