“Jews are praying for me in their synagogues every Sabbath, and they are all our citizens,” - Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
President Gul said that “Turkey has no problems with Jews, and the problems with Israel are related to politics and government of this country”, - quotes the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet.
“I know that Turkish Jews were praying for me in their synagogues every Sabbath. They are all our citizens. Our problem is not with the people of Israel, but only with the policy pursued by the government of Israel”- said Gul, MIGnews.com reports.
