YEREVAN. - Students of the Yerevan State University (YSU) on Tuesday marched to Yerevan’s Yerablur military cemetery to pay tribute to the memory of the soldiers fallen in April war.  

The march was organized by the YSU Military Training Club.

“By this march we want to pay tribute to  the boys, who fell in the April war, sacrificing their life for the peace of our homeland. I have acquaintances, who took part in the April war. In the beginning, they told nothing and were isolated but later they told how difficult it was on the border. But the striking thing is that each of them is ready to again go and stand on the border,” student of YSU Journalism Department, Mariam Avetisyan, noted.

After a candlelight vigil at Yerablur, the students observed several minutes of silence in memory of the fallen soldiers.
