YEREVAN. – Karen Karapetyan, brother of Russian billionaire Samvel Karapetyan, may become new speaker of the Armenian parliament, outgoing speaker Galust Sahakyan told reporters.
However, Sahakyan added that the party had not yet discussed the nominee for this position.
“We will decide when all get mandates. They all are people faithful to the party,” Sahakyan added.
