US President Donald Trump will on Wednesday receive his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas in the White House, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Press Secretary of the US administration Sean Spicer.

In his words, the meeting will be held on the sidelines of the official visit of the Palestinian leader to the US.

Earlier, Trump talked by phone with Mr Abbas, discussing ways of solving the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
