Syria's ceasefire guarantor states -- Russia, Iran and Turkey -- have adopted a memorandum on the creation of security zones in Syria, TASS reported quoting Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov.
According to him, during peace talks in the Kazakh capital of Astana, they agreed to create four safe zones in the Syrian Arab Republic.
