Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart hold a phone conversation, during which they agreed to increase coordination of efforts on Syrian conflict settlement at different levels, Kremlin noted.
As it was noted, it will strengthen the ceasefire regime, increase the effectiveness of the inter-Syrian talks in Geneva and Astana formats.
