The main building of the European Parliament in Brussels  will be torn down. The price of the new building, which will  be built on the place of the old one, will make € 430 million, Politico reported.

The proposal is reasoned with the fact the headquarters is 24 years old  and it does not meet modern security standards. In 2012, the part of the building was simply closed, when cracks were found in the floor.
