Moscow authorities have closed down the illegal passenger bus routes from the Russian capital city to Saint Petersburg, TASS news agency of the country reported citing the Transport Organizer main control department of Moscow.
Illegal bus routes from Moscow to several Russian towns as well as to Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan and Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi also have been shut down.
A total of 186 such illegal bus routes have been closed in the Russian capital city, since the beginning of the year.
Illegal transporters pose a risk to passenger safety.
