YEREVAN. – Those injured in the passenger bus, which crashed en route from Moscow to Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan, are not Armenian citizens. 

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Armenia, Tigran Balayan, told about the abovementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“The victims are Russian citizens,” he clarified.

As reported earlier, a passenger bus, which was heading from Moscow to Yerevan, fell into a canal in Voronezh Oblast (province) of Russia on Tuesday morning. Three persons, including two children, were injured in the incident. These victims, who suffered moderate injuries, were taken to the Boguchar town hospital.
