YEREVAN. – Results of the Vienna and Saint Petersburg meetings on the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) conflict prove the effectiveness of the work Armenia’s diplomats.
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated the aforesaid during Friday’s debates on the 2016 State Budget performance report, at the standing committees of the National Assembly.
In Nalbandian’s words, the decisions made in Vienna and Saint Petersburg were in harmony with everything the President of Armenia was saying before their start.
“This is the work of our diplomats,” noted the Armenian FM. “We, and not [Azerbaijan president Ilham] Aliyev or the Azerbaijani leadership, have said this. Armenia and Artsakh say this. The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs say this.
“And not only the representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries [Russia, the US, and France] have said this, and not only in Vienna and Saint Petersburg.”
