One of the 16 films selected from 3,812 submissions for the 2011 Sundance Film Festival takes place in Armenia.
Sundance Film Festival, which is the largest independent film festival in the US, will run January 20-30 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah.
“Here”, starring; Ben Foster and Lubna Azabal, Narek Nersisyan, Yuri Kostanyan and Sofik Sarkisyan, was directed by Braden King, written by Braden King and Dani Valen.
‘Here” tells the story of an American cartographer forming a powerful bond with an Armenian expatriate and art photographer.
Their journey takes them across the country, from the Lori region in the north of Armenia to the Iranian border in the south, and finally into Nagorno-Karabagh.
