President of the United States Donald Trump considers unnecessary to strengthen the firearms sales in the country after the shooting in Texas, reported CNN.
“This isn't a guns situation, this is a mental health problem at the highest level,” Trump said noting that based on preliminary reports the shooter was “a very deranged individual.”
