North Korean state media released photos of the Hwasong-15, which is capable of hitting all of the US and carrying a super-heavy nuclear warhead, CNN reported. 

Photos released by the Japanese broadcaster NHK show Wednesday's launch of the Hwasong-15 ICBM.

The missile had nine axles instead of eight previously seen in North Korean transporters. Experts agreed the Hwasong-15 appears to be larger than any missile North Korea has built previously.
