Former Georgian President and leader of the Movement of New Forces Mikheil Saakashvili, along with his supporters occupied one of the committees of Verkhovna Rada, 112 Ukraine reported quoting Ukraine's Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.
He said that criminal proceedings were registered on this fact.
"Today, the police absolutely legally came to detain him,” Lutsenko noted.
