“Unfortunately, no achievements were registered in Armenia in 2010,” MP from oppositional “Heritage” Party Armen Martirosyan told NEWS.am.

“However, among the omissions we can indicate the increasing migration, at that the most creative forces are leaving the country, as well as a social polarization and rising poverty index,” Martirosyan stressed.
