On December 28, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring Chairman of the Artsakh Republic Court of the First Instance Seyran Amiryan a title of the NKR Honored Lawyer for the long-term fruitful activity in law enforcement agencies, substantial input in strengthening law and order on the occasion of his 65th birthday, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
