Italian police have besieged the hotel room of Nikol Pashinyan, head of the National Assembly faction of the Way Out opposition bloc of the Republic of Armenia (RA), in Rome.
“A few minutes ago, Italian police had besieged my hotel room in Rome; they had come to arrest me,” Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page. “It turns out the RA authorities are looking for me through the Interpol. They are looking for and looking for and they do not find [me] since 2008.”
