YEREVAN. – The Republican Party of Armenia and ARF Dashnaktsutyun will formally nominate Armen Sarkissian to the post of the president on Friday.
The elections of the president are set for March 2. Tsarukyan bloc decided to unanimously support the candidacy of Sarkissian who is Armenia's Ambassador to UK. Yelq bloc is expected to vote against.
