On September 14, 2009 at 2:28 p.m. local time 2.5 magnitude earth shocks were registered on border zone of Armenia and Nakhichevan. According to the RA National Service of Seismic Defense, a quake of 3-4 points in the epicenter, 25 km south-west Yeghegnadzor town (Armenia) was recorded.
