On January 10, Turkish President Abdullah Gul will pay a 2-day visit to Yemen at the invitation of his Yemeni counterpart.

During his visit Gul will meet Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh, Prime Minister Ali Mohammed Mujawar and Foreign Minister Abu Baker al-Qerby. The Turkish President will also meet with Yemeni entrepreneurs during the Turkish-Yemeni business forum in Sanaa, TRT Russian reports.

The officials will discuss bilateral relations, cooperation within international organizations, as well as regional and international issues.

The opening of a cemetery of Turkish soldiers killed in Yemen and opening of the Turkish-Yemeni trade school is also scheduled during the visit.
