President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan visited the Martakert region, January 15.

In the village of Vank, the Nagorno-Karabalk leader held a working meeting with the heads of local communities.

The meeting discussed the region’s socio-economic development. Bako Sahakyan pointed out that Martakert is one of the war-devastated regions, but its great potential for socio-economic development must be properly used. The NKR leader stressed that the region’s development is in the center of the authorities’ attention.

President Bako Sahakyan issued instructions to relevant agencies.

The NKR President was accompanied by NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials, the NKR presidential press office informed NEWS.am.
