YEREVAN. – Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ara Babloyan, on Thursday signed the protocol with respect to considering MP Grigor Avalyan’s powers as a deputy to be discontinued.
One week ago, Avalyan had submitted a petition to give up his parliamentary seat.
