YEREVAN. – Yerevan legislation assembly member from the Yelk, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan has been appointed the Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia.
Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree to appoint Mkhitar Hayrapetyan based on the request of Armenian PM.
