On January 21, NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Vardan Barseghyan from the post of the NKR Deputy Foreign Minister, NKR Presidential press service informed NEWS.am.
According to another presidential decree, Vardan Barseghyan was appointed an Adviser to NKR President.
