Iran is ready to resume talks with "Vienna Group" which comprises Russia, U.S., France and representatives of IAEA if all terms of the Tehran declaration are implemented.

In accordance with the Tehran declaration, Iran is ready to hand over to Russia its low-enriched uranium which is located in Turkey, in exchange for 120 kilos of the fuel that is enriched to 20%, Iran’s ambassador to the IAEA Ali Asghar Soltani told Interfax.

Tehran declaration was signed last spring by Iran, Turkey and Brazil providing for an exchange in Turkey of 1200 kg Iran’s low-enriched uranium for 120 kg of fuel enriched to 20%.
