Novruz Mammadov, Head of the International Relations Department, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, refrained from making any forecasts about the Russian, Azeri and Armenia FMs` meeting to be held in Moscow, January 24.

“Despite all the attempts, the negotiations do not result in a peaceful settlement of the conflict,” Mammadov said. He believes the negotiations must be continued. “With this end in view, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is holding talks in Moscow next week. However, I cannot day anything about the possible results. The talks will show,” Mammadov said.
