YEREVAN. – Head of Armenia’s Special Investigation Service Vahram Shahinyan has resigned.

“I declare sincerely and confidently that I leave behind me an impartial, incorruptible, sympathetic,  and professional team loyal to the state, which I am sure will continue to serve our state and people efficiently and worthily,” he said.
