President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan convened a working meeting on Monday with the participation of supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army.
The issues related to army building were discussed, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
