Armenias secondd President Robert Kocharyan's attorney, Hayk Alumyan noted that not returning the Kocharyan's passport by the Special Investigation Service (SIS) is violation of the law.

The lawyer stated that Robert Kocharian is going to restore his rights exclusively through legal means. However, Alumyan did not explain why the SIS refuses to return the passport.

He only noted that the refusal contradicts to the law, and they intend to restore their rights. In this regard, Hayk Alumyan did not rule out the possibility that they can apply to the ECHR
