Iran is celebrating 32 anniversary of the Islamic revolution which country’s Ambassador to Armenia calls revolution of spiritual and human values.

Talking to the journalists, Seyed Ali Saqqaiyan said that the revolution involved all strata of society. “Today’s Iran is developing rapidly and wants to have good relations with everyone, including neighboring states,” he said.

According to him, Iran is a stability factor in the region and the evidence thereof is Armenian-Iranian relationship.

There are certain problems in Armenian-Iranian economic relations but they do not halt progress.

Seyed Ali Saqqaiyan stressed U.S. and the West are guided by double standards. “Results of elections in Palestine were not recognized by U.S. In fact they used double standards, while we think that approaches should be the same in any part of the globe,” he concluded.
