The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has signed an executive order.
Accordingly, based on the Prime Minister’s recommendation and under the constitution and respective law, Romik Margaryan has been appointed Commander and Head of Department of the Rear Detachment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
