All ethnic groups in Georgia should have equal conditions for education and joint state-building, said Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.

Addressing parliament, Saakashvili noted special program was developed enabling Armenian, Azerbaijani, Russian children, as well as representatives of other ethnic groups to become full members of the Georgian society.

The project provided children of Armenian, Azerbaijani origin and representatives of other ethnic groups with an opportunity to enter Georgian universities. “We are not divided into ethnic groups, all children are dear to us,” he said.

Saakashvili called on young people to learn English, stressing languages of the Eastern states will be priority in the future, Georgia Online reported.
