YEREVAN. – Armenia's economy is undergoing transformation, acting PM Nikol Pashinyan said during his meeting with the voters of Meghri.

“The economic growth of the past years was based on the mining industry, gambling rates and agriculture. We have already said that we want to turn Armenia into a technological and industrial country. Many people tell us that we are against agriculture. How can we be against it? It should be more efficient. This year, vegetable products amounting to 80 million dollars were exported from Armenia, as compared to 49 million dollars during the last year. The indicators of ten months of the current year exceed the data of last year by 61 percent. This suggests that one should not pay attention to ill-wishers,” Pashinyan said.

According to him, starting from this election, every vote will be counted.

“We will never cling to power. We understand that the power is not ours, but yours,” he emphasized.
