Ministry of Defence Industry of Azerbaijan and the Turkish company MKEK signed an agreement on joint production.
Under the agreement, using MKEK’s technology Azerbaijan will manufacture MP-5 type grenade launchers, machine guns and ammunition.
The agreement was signed as part of the in Abu Dhabi, UAE Defense Exhibition IDEX -2011, APA reports.
