YEREVAN. – An incident was registered in one of the military outposts of the Azerbaijani armed forces along the line of contact with Artsakh.

The Artsakh Defense Armey reported about a scuffle between Azerbaijani soldiers and a shootout on Wednesday afternoon. It could be seen how the Azerbaijani servicemen were dragging one of the soldiers.

“Such incidents are repeating and are from time to time recorded by the Artsakh soldiers. This testifies to deplorable state of discipline and interpersonal relations in the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. The adversary is likely to suffer losses due to the incident, and they traditionally prefer to be silent about it. It is also possible that the Azerbaijani elite will try to blame the Armenian side,” the statement says.
