At the request of the ones wishing to participation in an open computer game design competition in Armenia the deadline for applications has been prolonged until March 15.

Eleven applicants have got registered, most of them being students. Two school students and two companies - WebArtStudio and SiteMax.- are among the prospective participants.

Most of the games are designed for PCs, with two of them designed for mobiles and one for a website.

The competition will be held in the following categories: the Best Game, Scenario, Best Character, Animation, Innovations. The winners will receive money prizes and be will be allowed to take part in the best companies` IT projects and professional competitions. The competition has been organized by the Union of Information Technologies Enterprises (UITE), with the sponsorship of MicroSoft, Sourcio, Plexonic, Tx Systems, Triada, Robert Saakyants Production, P-Art, Association of Modern Technologies Professionals, National Professional Cybersport League of Armenia.
