YEREVAN. – Leader of Prosperous Armenia party Gagik Tsarukyan will not participate in the ceremony of handing over mandates to newly elected MPs, spokesperson for the party Iveta Tonoyan told reporters.
“He had an event that was planned beforehand,” she said.
