YEREVAN.- The attorneys for the Armenian second president, Robert Kocharyan, will appeal the court’s decision to extend the arrest of their client., the lawyer Aram Orbelyan told reporters on Friday.
The lawyer informed that the court did not consider the petition submitted on December 26 to replace the arrest with bail. Lawyers intend to appeal the court decision after it is received.
