Finland fully supports the ongoing process within the OSCE Minsk Group, President of Finland Sauli Niinistö said during the PACE winter session in Strasbourg.

“I understand that there is a bit more optimism at the moment. We hope that there will be a solution, surely Azerbaijan and Armenia are the key players in what will happen,” he said when responding to Azerbaijani delegate.
