The ceremony of raising the biggest national flag in Armenia was held Monday in Rind town of Vayots Dzor Province, and on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the Armenian Armed Forces (PHOTOS).
The banner was raised at an elevation of 1,425 meters above sea level.
A commemorative stone also was unveiled at the event.
In his remarks, Vayots Dzor Governor Trdat Sargsyan congratulated the Armenian people on Army Day.
