YEREVAN. – EU Commissioner for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiation Johannes Hahn did not comment on the situation over the arrest and charges brought against second president Robert Kocharyan.
“You always hope for a comment,” he said, adding they are not commenting regardless of whether this is a high profile case or not.
This the matter of the judiciary, and the EU is not commenting not to impact the trial.
